We provide attorneys who appear on behalf of the Attorney of Record for court hearings in all California state courts, as well as U.S. Bankruptcy courts located in California. This service is designed to be responsive and timely to your daily appearance needs.

	Fill in the calendar assignment form online

When you call, please have the following information available:

	Attorney of record
	Appearance type and date
	Your client’s name
	Your file numberPhone and fax numbers
	Case name and numberCourt city and department

Our process is to input your basic information into our data base to allow us to send you the necessary forms (either calendar assignment sheet and billing agreement or just billing agreement), you return forms and any supporting documents (i.e. CMC statement and Proof of service) via fax or e-mail, we contact our contract attorney and forward your paperwork along with our report form to the contract attorney and send you a confirmation that we will make the appearance and give you the contact information for the contract attorney. After the hearing, the contract attorney sends his report back to us with any documents received from the court. Then we type the report and fax it to you along with our billing for your records and any additional paperwork the court provided. Consider your appearance confirmed when you receive the fax giving you the contact information for the contract attorney
