Calendar Reminder Service

For over 10 years, we have provided a courtesy reminder of your upcoming appearance. In the beginning we would buy copies of the local courts' calendars. Now, we are able to download a copy of the court calendar online in an increasing number of courts.

We obtain court calendars from most of the courts in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. We then enter the appearance data from these calendars into our special appearance database. From this, we generate hundreds, often thousands, of unique individual reminder faxes, tailored to each customer attorney or firm for a specific appearance, on a specific day, in a specific court, for a specific case.
This service is free and we think that it provides a valuable service to our customers and the courts. Some of our customers use these reminders to insure that they don't miss any appearances; Other use them to schedule their appearances. Not a week passed, that a client doesn't call telling us that the fax reminder prevented them from missing an appearance. These reminders also provide a service to the court system by helping to prevent costly missed appearances.
